At PHSIQ, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

PHYSIQ shall have the final discretion for the approval for return/ exchange.
